Well.  This is where the fun began for me.  This entire project lasted about about three months.  I will attempt to layout the parts and tools necessary. I will not include pricing however, since you can find pricing on about every example page located on the Internet. Rather then get into long and drawn out explanations of what I did and what could go wrong, etc., I have simply broken my plans into sections.
